Grada-Anjo (goes by “Anjo” pronounced An-yo) Wunderl, MSW, LICSW, is the owner and operator of Grada-Anjo Wunderl, PLLC, doing business as A Peaceful Balance Clinical Consultation & Counseling Services, located in Nashua, NH. For over 15 years, she has worked with adults, adolescents, and children in community mental health, non-profit agencies, and private practice. Anjo’s pronouns are she/her/hers. In 2017, A Peaceful Balance recruited Anjo to join the counselors due to her sound skills and warm, respectful, and non-judgmental manner.

Anjo utilizes multiple therapeutic techniques in her work with clients. Techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, gender identity and transition, relationship issues, PTSD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a Gender Specialist, Anjo works with individuals questioning their gender identity, Transgender/Non-Binary/Gender Non-Conforming individuals, and their families. She maintains licensed status in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Hawaii and sees clients through telehealth in those states.

Anjo hails from Holland and has lived in NH for over 20 years. She is an active member of the NH Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. She also served on the Diversity Awareness Committee. Anjo is also a trained Master in the healing art of Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Additionally, she volunteers her time to practice Reiki with those in need.

Anjo accepts Anthem/Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Optum insurance plans and private payments.
